Water Quality visit on 2/16/2016 on Grunion Side. They tested the water at the kitchen faucet, backflow device entering the building, and jar sample. This is the results:

Kitchen Faucet(cold)
Time: 1242pm
Temp.: 76.3*
Ph: 7.43
Conductivity: 570
TDS: 258ppm
ORP: 722mv
Free Chlorine: .71ppm
Total Chlorine: .71ppm

Backflow Device entering the building:
Temp: 71.6
Ph: 7.44
Conductivity: 559
TDS: 252ppm
ORP: 742mv
Free Chlorine: .67
Total Chlorine: .74

Sample collected by resident:
Ph: 7.63
Conductivity: 643
TDS: 304ppm
ORP: 730mv

Ph is the Acidity/Alkalinity of the water with normal range being 7.5 to 8.1.
Conductivity is the amount of natural mineral present in the water. Normal range is 370-1,000 measured in micro ohms / cm.
TDS is the Total Dissolved Solids (salts) present. Normal Range is 210-650 measured in parts per million.
ORP is the Oxygen Reducing Potential or the tendency of water to lose Oxygen to any biofilm that may be present in the pipes. Negative numbers indicate the presence of odor causing bio growth. The positive numbers indicate no presence of growth in the pipes.

In conclusion, the water that was observed in the kitchen faucet and the water from the backflow device entering the building meets all state and federal regulations.
