PARKING NOTICE

All RESIDENTS are allocated:
one (1) Assigned Parking Space and
one (1) Garage parking
for each unit
Residents may park in unassigned parking space for 72 hours continually
subject to towing after 72 hours

 

NO PARKING IS ALLOWED in front of
FIRE GATES, FIRE LANES OR GARAGES
NO Parking in Asigned Parking Spaces unless
permitted by assigned owner

 

NON-RESIDENTS may park in unassigned parking!
Subject to towing after 72 hours

 

Violators of CC&R Parking Rules are subject to
having their cars TOWED at owner's expense!
