Mr. William P. Dickey, also known as Bill, J.D. founded The Dermot Company, Inc in 1991. Mr. Dickey served as the President of The Dermot Company, Inc. Previously, Mr. Dickey served as the Chief Executive Officer at the firm till 2015. He has extensive experience in national markets across multiple asset classes, including multi-family, retail and office properties. Mr. Dickey served as the Managing Director of Real Estate for the First Boston Corporation (also known as Credit Suisse First Boston), from February 1986 to November 1990. From May 1980 to February 1986, he was a Partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where Mr. Dickey started as an Associate beginning in 1974. From 1964 to 1970, he was an Officer in the U.S. Air Force and during that time served tours in the Philippines and Vietnam as an Intelligence Officer and at the U.S. Air Force Academy as an Instructor. Mr. Dickey has been a Director of Mezzanne Capital Property Investors, Inc. since 1995. He serves as a Director of Price Enterprises Inc. and Mezzanine Capital Property Investors Inc. Mr. Dickey is a Trustee of the Retail Property Trust. He served as a Director of Kilroy Realty Corp. from January 1997 to May 23, 2014. Mr. Dickey served as a Director of BPP Liquidating Trust (formerly, Burnham Pacific Properties Inc.) since December 2000. He served as a Director of Horizon Group Inc. since 1995. Mr. Dickey served as a Director of Prime Retail, Inc. since 1998. Mr. Dickey holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, an M.A. degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University and a B.S. degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
