Candidate Statement:
I am the Incumbent board president of the Harbour Vista HOA. I have been a homeowner since the year 2000. I have a Masters in Social Work and a B.A. in Psychology. I have a background in clinic programs management as well as direct clinical practice in mental health clinics. I believe that my education and professional background along with my previous board experience, prepare me well as a viable candidate for the next term. I have worked diligently with the current board of directors in providing the HOA membership with accessibility and transparency to keep homeowners well informed in the HOA matters; particularly with regard to finance and land lease issues so vital to out HOA’s survival. I bring forth my organizational skills as well as the ability to foster a spirit of cooperation and unity to the membership. The current Board of Directs has focused primarily on attaining financial solvency while improving the care of our property’s maintenance. Significant improvements have been made this term with the help of our newly hired Mgt. Co., replaced service vendors and our team of organized homeowner volunteers. In order to continue the established goals and accomplishments outlined I the board’s Year End Progress Report, I ENDORSE the following candidates who are running with me: Ron Rolewicz (Incumbent), Ramy Eskander (Incumbent), Cheryl Boyd (Volunteer Coord.), and Tim Jordanides.
