 History This page is devoted to the History of Harbour Vista The building of Harbour Vista started 1979. The first building erected was the Cabana Club House. Harbour Vista occupies what was originally a Dairy Farm owned the Duc Family. The Develops lease the land from the Duc Family and then has sub-leased the land back to the homeowners. It was build in two phases. The first phase is known as Cabana-BlackBeard-Lago and consist of six buildings. The second phase is now known as Grunion and consist of three buildings. Originally a tennis courts was planned between the two phase. But the City of Huntington Beach extended Green Street to Heil Avenue which now divides the phases. |
