BOILER MAIN WATER Turn off and Turn on

WARNING: These steps must be follow to the letter or the Bioler systems may be damaged. Water turn off should only be accomplished by a qualified plumber or a trained Volunteer.

WATER SHUTOFF

I.
RayPak Switch OFF
II.
Recirculating Pump Switch OFF
III.
Turn Two (2) Valve for Recirculating Pump OFF
IV.
Turn OFF One(1) or Two (2) water outlet valves to units.    
V.
Water Valve in Ground OFF slowly
WATER TURN ON
I.
Turn ON Water Valve in Ground (Very Slowly)
Slowly turn ground water valve you hear a slow spray sound. Stop turning. Wait till sound stops, then turn valve to fully open. This allows the system to fill with less strain and prevent leaks from occurring.

Turn ON Two (2) Valves to Recirculating Pump
III.
Turn ON One(1) or Two (2) water outlet valves to units.
IV.
Turn Facet ON to Bleed Air out of Line
V.
Turn ON Switch to Recirculating Pump
VI.
Turn ON Switches to RayPak
ViI. Reset Boiler that is is not running. Remove front of boiler to locate reset switch. Press RED button.
