New Management Information
Dear Harbour Vista Homeowner:

The Harbour Vista board of directors has chosen Professional Community Management (PCM), and Associa Company, as the new management company partner, effective May 1st.

Please find all pertinent details on the following pages regarding contact information, billing information, and TownSq.

For the Customer Care Center or for after-hour emergencies, call 1-800-369-7260, and people are on call to answer questions. PCM offers a Customer Care Center Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to help homeowners with maintenance requests or assessments questions. Homeowners may also email Customer Care at pro.info@associa.us.

Important Billing Information

Your May billing statement will arrive after May 15th. Let us know via email at pro_transitionsteam@associa.us if you have sent the May 1st payment to Progressive. PCM will ensure you payment is received from Progressive and applied correctly to your new account with PCM.

  • Late fees and late interest will not be applied to homeowners' accounts for 60 days as we continue through the transition process.
  • Any future payments will require your PCM account number. If your are set up with automatic payments with previous management or on line bill pay through your bank, the payments will not be transferred over. Please cancel all future transactions and update banking information to reflect PCM's mailing address. Make payment to Harbour Vista Homeowner's Association.
  • Please email pro.info@associa.us with an updated mailing address if your information has changed.
  • Your first and second month (May and June) statement will not reflect any balance forwards.
  • Would you prefer e-statements? Register after you receive your first billing statement with our opt-in program through Optimal Outsource using https://pcm.opt-e-mail.com/signup.
How do you determine your new account number?
Your seven-digit account number will be included on your billing statements. You may also call the Customer Care Center ( 1-800-369-7260) to obtain your account number.

Your Banking institution may charge a fee. Please follow up with your bank prior to updating.

TownSq

You are invited to register for the TownSq application. TownSq is a digital platform that allows you to manage your account and access community information on your computer or smartphone. To register for TownSq enter your new PCM account number and zip code for your property. We recommend registering on the website https://app.townsq.io/ais/sign-up, prior to using the mobile application. When joining TownSq your are able to enjoy these features:

  • Request and review status of service inquiries
  • Get up-to-date community news and events
